Alexandre da Costa plays Bruch the famous 1st concerto and the world premiere recording of Bruch's violin version of Kol Nidrei. Also on the CD are the Romance for viola and orchestra played by Gilad Karni, first solo viola of the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra, and the World premiere recording of the Overture to Scherz, List und Rache op. 1. Da Costa and Rösner are presenting their second recording with the Biel Symphony with this new release.
